Best dental experience I have ever had, everyone was very kind, professional and optimistic! I did not feel like I was being “judged” based on the status of my teeth, I didn’t feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience as I have at other places and best of all I was treated with respect and courtesy from everyone. Dr. Cook was very helpful, kind, professional and HONEST with me about options and suggestions going forward. I did not feel like I was wasting anyone’s time. The experience did not feel rushed in anyway. Every staff member I talked to was very kind, helpful, they took the time to listen and answer any questions or concerns that I had. I can honestly say something I’ve never been able to say in the past….. I had a very pleasant experience at the Dentist! I highly recommend giving Gravenhurst Family Dental Care a chance if you’re looking for dental care in Muskoka!

Excellent experience. Brought my mother who has mild cognitive decline. This clinic made the visit very comfortable, easy to navigate and affordable for her. Very impressed- so much so that I’m going to switch my dentist and start going to this dental clinic.

Always a good day at the dentist. Staff are very polite and respectful. My hygienist always does a great job. She is top notch and very friendly too. Would recommend this dental office to everyone.

The staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They ensure your comfort and well-being. They clearly explained everything about your dental health, so you understood the status of your teeth. I can't recall the name of the person who assisted me, but she was very kind and friendly, making sure I felt calm and relaxed throughout the entire visit.
